We develop fresh leadership models that train youth and women to become catalysts for progress and peace in their communities.
Somalia’s population is predominantly young, yet many youth remain excluded from decision-making and disproportionately affected by unemployment, displacement, political marginalization, and targeted recruitment.
Despite growing national recognition of the importance of gender inclusion, women continue to be underrepresented in political and public spheres.
Through civic engagement, peer-led training, storytelling, and mentorship, we empower young people and women to strengthen their leadership, amplify their voices, and drive positive change within their communities.
We believe that meaningful participation of youth and women is not only essential, but foundational to building lasting peace and inclusive governance in Somalia.
